Brief introduction:
The machine is suitable for plastic insert material, it integrates motor and cylinder, uses touch screen operation,with photoelectric fixed length, photoelectric tracking, automatic positioning, automatic correction, automatic counting,and the bag heat sealing part is very firm, beautiful, the running of whole machine ruis stable and efficient.The machine is mainly used in the production of various of plastic bags, widely used in food packaging,fiber products packaging, environmental shopping packaging, gift packaging and other industries.
How to use a Plastic Handle bag making machine
1. Before using the machine, please read the instruction manual carefully to understand the working principle and performance of the machine, as well as safety precautions.
2. Check whether all parts of the machine are complete and in good condition, whether the sockets and switches are in good condition, and whether there is any oil or water leakage.
3. Connect the power supply and start the motor according to the power supply voltage indicated on the nameplate. Then open the heating switch, and set the temperature according to the requirements of processing materials. After preheating for 3-5 minutes, you can start feeding material.
4. According to different bag shapes, choose appropriate molding die and install it on the machine (molding die should be installed correctly and firmly to avoid material leakage).
5. Adjustment handle can adjust width of heating sealer freely so that it can seal plastic bags of various thicknesses; while adjustment knob at bottom can change height of heating sealer slightly so that it can seal plastic bags of various sizes . Note: The two adjusting handles must be adjusted at the same time during use to ensure that both sides are sealed at equal widths.
6. Put selected materials in order onto conveyor belt (conveying direction should be consistent with arrow marked on conveyor belt), then press down sealing bar lightly to make sure materials are fed smoothly into heating area; after feeding a proper amount of materials, press down sealing bar tightly.
